You answer the questions. Certshor does the assessing.
Submit a section and every yes or no answer comes back with a compliance status, a risk rating, and the actions that follow from it.

A status and a risk rating on every assessed question
Actions grouped by priority, immediate through low
Retrieval limited to the documents you choose
What comes back.
Certshor does not just flag that something is wrong. It rates it, explains it in the language the report needs, and hands you an action with the controls already on it.

01
A verdict per question
Compliant or not, with a risk rating, on every question that was assessed.
02
An action where it fails
Written from the answer you gave, in the language the report needs.
03
Sorted by priority
Immediate, high, medium and low, so you know what has to be dealt with first.
04
Tracked to done
Open, in progress, or resolved, with a responsible person against each one.

Where the answer comes from.
A citation is only worth anything if you can go and check it, and if you know what was consulted to produce it. Both are yours to control.
- 01
The question carries a hint
A question can hold five to ten keywords or legislation references. Those build a targeted query for that question rather than a general one.
- 02
You choose what is in scope
Section analysis only draws on the documents you have selected. At least one has to remain, and what you leave out is never consulted.
- 03
The answer names its source
The regulation comes back attached to the action, so you can check the reasoning instead of taking it on trust.
Where it stops.
Three things Certshor deliberately does not do, because you would find them out on the first job anyway.
Only yes and no questions are assessed
Free-text answers are recorded and reported, but they are yours alone. Certshor does not rate them.
The context section never goes for evaluation
It is filled in like any other section, then travels only as background when the rest are analysed.
Every rating is a first pass
Change anything and your version is what goes in the report. The original is kept in the audit trail.
A first pass you can argue with, not a verdict you have to accept.
